I lost sight of it before I could take a pic >A< then I saw a snail I didn't recognize. It wasn't pond, bladder or ramshorn. Nerites (Gomera) eggs can't hatch in fresh water so I know it isn't that.

I feel I play that with Dude a lot. Saw him just now actually.. on the soda bottle that's helping me seed the filter media for the cansiter filter that is suppose to go on my new tank if/when I ever get it.
