I heard there was an error with this item when they first released it and for some reason a lot of people couldn't collect it.

like yeah sure i had problems too lol. it took a few refreshes and clicks before i could pick it up. xD

I saw it in the support forum. It looks like Firn and Starkard hopped on it pretty quickly.
