Well, it's Kieran's rage. If it would be an attack, it would be Kieran waving his arms above his head and shouting, stunning enemies. 'Cause they'd be like "Wtf is he even doing?".

Perpetuum mobile I guess. There is war for which they need guns, and money earned from selling guns are spent for a war. Just this simple. And sad at the same time.
