My art program, Clip Studio Paint, sells itself as good for manga. It does have some good functionality for speech balloons to be sure, but I don't know if it's any better for the drawing part than anything else is.

I use what came with my tablet too hehe i think it works perfectly fine for me

My tablet came with no programs at all XD
I was using Krita for a while and still do sometimes, but I've come to really like Clip Studio Paint

I might give that a try someday but not yet ... I am starting to plan on collecting knuffels though. I just have 2 currently.
