I didn't have a sandwich in the end. Instead I made a simple vegetable soup and had it with bread.

Ohhhh, now I suddenly want Cheesy Broccoli. Which isn't a thing that deserves capital letters usually, but right now it sounds so good it could be the object of a quest, so there you go.
Hmph.
I might have to run to the store. I'm out of broccoli. Have the cheese, just need the veggies.

(Note, that's not a reflection on inspiration or lack of it from you guys. It's a reflection on my laziness and lack of energy to actually make something more interesting)

well sometimes its takeout. sometimes its home cooked. its not really feasts imho lol. but my mom also likes to have more dishes on the table so that there's more choices. maybe its an asian thing lol.

I ended up not making anything at all in the end.
Guess I wasn't that hungry.
Did have a full glass of water, though, which made my headache go away, so I think it was dehydration more than hunger that was pushing me anyhow. Which means, problem solved!
And there's still leftovers from three days ago to use up when actual hunger happens, right?
