Well, it's just that you interact with them differently - like, clicking with your finger on the screen vs using a mouse. It's different kinds of movements which feel differently tedious. At least to me. And then there's screen size, that's the issue with smartphones, everything is either very tiny, so you have to be good at hitting small buttons with your fingers, or you have to zoom in and scroll a lot.
With the tablet I have the best of both worlds, a good sized screen and the less tedious movements of clicking directly on the screen. And then of course the enter button on my keyboard for digging!

Mostly it's just a lot slower response, which means the time spent digging is quadrupled at least

As for the chair, I just had some surgery in my "sitting area" and that needs to heal before I can easily sit again without leaning back

Okay so Darkness Potion has to come from darkness area, I *think* chestnuts are from Earth (possibly others), Silver Ore I know I've seen both in Earth and Fire, but I forget where Sausage comes from, so I'll start by going after the others.

So it's mostly mechanical differences that set it apart, rather than technological capabilities? So it really is a miniature computer, only because of the miniaturising effect it causes a different set of issues?

Ah, I remember you mentioned you were going to have surgery! I hope everything went well and the healing is progressing smoothly :)
But hey, then it's just a temporary limitation and you'll hopefully soon be able to enjoy time at your pc again :)

There are also some technological differences, but for the purpose of things like browsing the web the view of it as a miniature computer is pretty much acurate, yeah :) It's actually pretty amazing how much computing power they have - they are far more sophisticated machines by now than the ones that allowed humanity to fly to the moon!
