Apparently not. By hair is dark blond/brown, but my arm and leg hair is light.

I have dark hair, but it doesn't show much on my legs and arms because they don't grow as much :o
I heard Asians don't have much of arm and leg hair :o

I just have dark hair all over the place. lol My arms are alright though. owo Luckily we don't have to shave those xD

You know those little hairs on your fingers, right above the knuckles? I was so curious, that I tried shaving it. Now you could see a few spots that are just bare xD
