I'd bred all of those eevees before even Black and White came out, hatched them all, and evolved a few of them. I did a lot of trading on the GTS back then, too. Fun times. It's a shame that they're still sitting there. :/

I kind of want to trade up all the pokemon I'd caught in those games......

Transfer from Platinum to Black/White.
Transfer from Black/White to X/Y or ORAS.

The games each have a system of some sort for trading between generations.

Huh, maybe I'll see about that with the ones I have. Is there a link to a guide for that? Maybe you can link it in the first post or something? This way everyone can easily find it. :3

Maybe I won't transfer all of my eevees...But I do want some of my Platinum friends back. ^^

You can transfer to PokeBank from Black/White. There's a special transporter that came with PokeBank just for that. You just can't transfer from PokeBank to anything older than X/Y.
