like chibiusa from sailor moon, in the 90's anime she's a super brat. I hate her then. In the manga she's a bit bratty. I am iffy. In Crystal, same as manga.

She was 900 years old in a childs body/maturity.

She kind of stopped physically and mentally/emotionally aging. I'm not sure why.

But after she becomes sailor chibimoon she starts to age physically and everything. :)
