A kinda like rain as long as I don't have to cycle through it or if I have a bag with me. I love walking if through the rain (without having to carry a bag that is) It has a calming effect...

I just wear my raincoat and use the hood (of my jacket), but yeah an umbrella in indeed handy. And it's probably petter for a person's health to not get totally soaked

Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands... Our countries even touch each other (is that how you call it?).
