I finished another of my assignments just now~
And the one I finished already I just printed, so I can hand it in when I'm going to school for my exam Tuesday.

Now that I have finished 2 out of the 3 assignments, I will laze around again.
I still have a week for the last one, and I'm pretty far, so... I can just laze around ^_^

Aaaaand.. guess what time it is?
It is Maro is having a crappy time with le mom again! Big argument, I got almost slapped a few times, once for real, and if I hadn't walked fast enough I might have gotten myself pushed down the stairs! How fun!
And all of that because....
I didn't want to show her one of the assignments I finished! Best reason ever!

The kickoff was great, I met all kinds of great people
and am very tired now

It's been a while though...
But yup... *sigh*
She's asleep now, and I've been gaming, but she did try coming back on the subject again, hoping I had changed my mind in the minutes that had passed. But I haven't, so she's upset.

I actually HID my assignment somewhere in my room, just in case she'd go looking for it because I won't show her... No idea if she will, but I didn't wanna risk it.

And she might start about this again tomorrow... *sigh*
Luckily I still have one more assignment to work on, so I have an excuse to stay in my room all day tomorrow.


On the bright side: she did come back with good news. Do you remember I told you about my cousin having a daughter, two years ago?
Apparently today she was wearing a shirt reading: "Hey, I'm gonna be a big sis!"

And I'm down again.
Mom just came downstairs, trying to talk me into showing her the assignment again. I kept saying no, and then she proceeded to tell me she has the right to search my entire room for it, hit me in the face twice, got mad when I hit her back (first time I ever did that), threatened I won't be allowed to celebrate my birthday "if this goes on", etc. etc.
Instead of just respecting and accepting, she's pushing me, trying to guilt-trip me, and claims I am the childish, asocial one, entirely in the wrong.
Funny hearing that coming from the one who's crying, screaming, and hitting...

And I just know she will try this again tomorrow...

Now I am crying... All this shit because I told her she won't get to see ONE assignment I made...
And at the moment I can only talk to you people about this. My family would probably pick her side anyway...


EDIT: Hitting means "just" slapping, by the way. Oh, and very hard poking. But no punching or anything.

I'm really sorry, but there is no 'just' slapping.
I really feel bad that you're going through a hard time now, so I won't say anything more on it right now. I doubt it would make you feel better.
Just try to calm down - I mean: remember you have the right to have secrets, you have the right to be you! Never forget that. You need not feel guilty.

Well, if she does it, it's "just" slapping, and I'm exaggerating when I tell her that, if she touches me again, O'll hit back. And if I hit back, I am in the wrong...

And apparently, as long as I live here, I do not have all of these rights, and I should feel guilty as it is a way to teach me i am wrong.

Thanks for the big virtual hug. It does make me feel a little better, especially since I know this would be a real life hug if I'd see you right now. *small smile*

Why does mom seem to love arguing with me every time at, or after a family visit, and around the time I have exams, and therefor am already a bit more stressed....?!

I hope so too... And I've told mom more than once. Which means I am wrong and only using it as a threat... *sigh*
