It doesn't matter at all, I am not the one who will pick the winners, so you can submit whatever items you like! ;)
However, you are only allowed to submit one item per entry, and 3 entries in total.

I've done an entry but for the female base. Since the only difference is the chest/bust shape should i also draw the shirt for male or will it be fine with the female shirt? :o

If you did an item that has a different female version than a male version, no matter how tiny the difference, you need to draw it on both bases.
The chest shape is a difference, therefore you need to draw it on both bases.
