i logged out, left page and reloaded the page, but still frozen on lvl7 and couldn`t even start new game

That's odd... I've played the game on all three broswers (Chrome, Firefox and IE) and a quick F5 worked. Are you trying to flip the same card or its match? Because when I had that error, when I tried to flip the same card, it wouldn't let me, but if I picked its twin, everything went back to normal. Apart from that, I'm sorry but I really can't be of much help. =/
