And I don't think the event was a failure; it's not your fault people are greedy and can't follow simple rules. It's a real shame about your server regardless if it was old or not. I work in IT and I know what it means when a server fails. Ouch!

Thank you firn, I hate that this happened, but I appreciate the new wig and eggs a lot, because of this, i was able to get an item I thought I'd have to get off the market later *hugs* I really hope though you don't decide not to do one of these events again, as I think it had a lot of good thought behind it.
