I think it has not been asked directly, but I gather from the previous contest as well as Firn's reply to other questions that it will be so.

After all, it's normal that whatever item wins mucht be adjusted to Firn's style (different outlines, or shading, things like that) and KofK colors (which may not be the ones you used).

Yes, but remember that skins come in male and female version and that the main color must be the same as the other items! (And please be so kind and keep in mind that Treasure Trove items come in multiple color options, so whatever color you pick, I will have to think of at least 2 other colors that will look decent with it. Not a problem with normal items, but for skins that's tricky, especially since we already have skins in many colors that look good on skins). So, while skins are allowed, I would prefer for people not to make any. Eyes, hair and lips are no problem, but keep in mind that hair has separated front and a back layer.

ok thank you. Tell you the truth I did have a skin in mind, but the color may be a problem if I do submit it. If I do decide to make one I'll make sure to also suest the colors I had in mind :)
