I've started on my betta fish knuffel. Getting the fish tail right is proving to be a challenge, but I think I've got it... The actual fin part of a betta's tail is about as long as its body in some cases. I'm modelling this particular wild after Opera, one of my bettas.

I agree, the pose is quite dynamic! Seems difficult to draw.
But.. shouldn't his scarf be on the ground because of gravity?

It's laying on his back now and arm stops it from falling further. Considering angle between his body and ground, it doesn't look like a mistake to me. Scarves aren't usually thick or heavy to be dragged down very much.
