I've seen a few gyms keep the same pokemon for a few days at a time.

Well I'm slowly getting stronger pokemon. And I keep catching pokemon to make mine stronger.

Do you just have a lot evees? Or do you have the evolutions too?
I managed to have a Vaporeon that's pretty strong.
