Haha, yeah. My bf is tall too, and when he used to have long hair, people would just magically step out of his way on the street, especially in winter, when he wears his long coat (it's an old Italian style, very long, very heavy, etc.). Then when he cut his hair short, suddenly girls started smiling at him, batting their lashes and what not (*coughs* ho-ho-hoes ). One or two even dared to come up to him and ask him out. And he's like "nope, got a girlfriend >_>", and generally since he cut his hair people take him as friendly-looking and ask him for directions and stuff like that. He hates that part. Back when he had long hair he was happy with the fearsome vibe he was giving people, now he's just an ordinary nice-looking guy who seems helpful and what not and people bother him XD

Hair getting stuck in lathes? Are you anywhere near such things tho?

I wish my boyfriend would wear a long coat *A* but he doesn't feel the cold as badly as I do so he gets away with hoodies here in winter. Wow, women are forward there o: I know women here flirt but asking a dude out is uncommon. I think even if mine cut his hair I doubt women would ask him out. I guess I won't know till it happens. Yeh, the ocean was a very nice blue yesterday and lots of white foam. It was mid-tide when we started the walk and we reached our destination at sunset and just in time for dinner. I walked 18k steps wahah!

It was damn hard to find such a long coat. He got it second-hand. There are no proper coats in the shops nowadays, the "fashion" is killing the real style x.x Anyways, he's a winter person, so he doesn't get cold as easily, but he wanted an old school, cool looking coat (and that one's Italian, so yeah) and he just loves it for how cool it looks, and for the fearsome vibe it gives out. Of course, the vibe only worked with long hair apparently XD
I wouldn't say it's a very common thing for a woman to ask a guy out here either XD As far as he told me, at least one of them asked him out properly (as in the "wanna get coffee with me sometimes?" for what he said "I don't like coffee, prefer tea 8u" and she kind of deflated XD me after hearing this: "seriously? your excuse was not drinking coffee? what happened to 'I have a gf' excuse? I feel so omitted x.x"), the other one asked him if he was taken already, so he answered properly XD *pats bf*
If you want him to cut his hair, you can encourage him with that "you'll get more attention fromt he chicks" thing, maybe it'll work and you'll trick him into believing he wants to cut his hair XD

Same, we've been looking at coats and they often end at a weird spot making him look more chunky. Plus, he hates double breasted coats and they appear to be common. Eh, what coats are turning up over there? I don't pay a lot of attention to male clothing.

Peter's hair is actually being slow growing lately. I guess cause of the cold. I suspect in a few months time I'll be like.. haircut.. now.

My hair is just about past my boobs. I'm considering a trim in a few months then maybe a shorter haircut... I may have to do it slowly.

I should do something with my hair... like a different hairstyle with a slight trim. But I don't know Right now it's about the same length as yours, covers my boobies.... But it's just soooo straight and I can do nearly nothing with it. also, there seems to be no hairstyle that would fit me, I hate myself in everything XD

I remember in high school, I used to have bigger cup size. And I once wore a blouse with a big cleavage. I was looking at the corkboard with some timetable and such, a small crowd around me, all guys, all looking straight at my cleavage (I'm small so easy target), bf puts his arm around me, so the guys back off a little... and I didn't even notice all that until we walked away and he told me XD

I can't do fancy or simple hairstyles besides a ponytail.. or just making sure it's sort of neat. Because I'm prone to static it likes to floof up at times
