Oh I can't focus on watching and reading at the same time, not unless I actually pause the movie or such ;o

Esp with movies like Strange Magic, which is a musical. So all my focus is on belting along with the songs xD

xD I can't listen to music and read at the same time for that same reason. I end up singing along instead of reading. >w<

which is what's happening during the song parts of Nightmare Before Christmas. All the distractions!

I got tired of listening to Cold Case Files and Forensic Files for the day. >A<

tbh if you're not singing along are you even truly enjoying yourself? :')

ooh I used to love watching the series Cold Case on tv

there's Cold Case the cop drama which was good and ended too soon... >A<

then there's Cold Case Files and Cold Case Files Classic which is like Forensic Files but on cold cases. I'm watching the classic one on netflix

is it similar to the cop series? Cause I loved that so much. Always watched it together with my mom.

It's more of a documentary like series.

ah so real cold cases? more like commentary and theory discussion then?

ah I prefer fiction, drama and making guesses with my mom about whodunnit was the fun part. Also the end was always so cool in the cop series when they'd transition in slow mo between past and present etc xD

Yea, real cold case files. Classic seems to be ones they were able to close after 20-30 years. I didn't like how the original was presented.

Commentary and how they progressed through the case over the years and how they used forensics to close the cases in the end.

I like almost everything. Unless its a show that was made to shove religion down people's throats =A= I've come across a few documentaries and tv shows like that on netflix. Also not a fan of war documentaries. War movies are alright. I liked Saving Private Ryan. o3o

Yea that was one of the nice parts of Cold Case. >w< They should bring it back. >:x

I spent all month watching the 3 Chicago series (Med, Fire, and PD) o3o started with Chicago PD because of it's connection to Law & Order SVU... then moved onto Chicago Fire which ended up being my favorite of the three. Med is my second favorite. xD

Now, when mom's awake and out here, I have Rawhide on. When she goes to sleep/nap I put something random on and read. o3o

my movie ended.. -puts in Fried Green Tomatoes- ovo

hmm doesn't sound like my thing so I'll skip out on it. Not much of a series person these days anyway.

I haven't even put on Strange Magic, completely forgot to do so and now its too late as its bed time for me again :')
