Guys, all things considered, you wouldn't be able to move if you had the power to stop time because nothing can happen if there is no time. I'd much rather have a combination of superspeed and time slowing.

Now now, don't focus on the minor details. I read a manhwa where the protagonist is given the power to stop time. It doesn't affect him nor the people he touches! :D I just want all the time in the world - literally :c
