We have people from all sorts of foundations standing in this big massive footpath area near my office everyday, asking people for money and to sign up and such. Usually I try and like, veer well away from where they're standing x3 Cause for me, if I want to donate, or help a cause, I will. I don't want them to like, corner me on the street and pressure me into donating. :/

I agree. If they want you to support them why do they have to "pressure" you into doing it on the street?

ahhh sorry I wasn't here yesterday. My bf had the day off and I ended up sleeping like all day. XD hahaha
I don't see many people pressuring to donate to things around here. But I figure they probably congregate downtown and I kind of avoid that area since it's crowded. Occasionally we get people in front of the grocery store, but more often than not it's girl/boy scouts instead. XD
But I agree, I don't like when people approach me and try to pressure me into things like that. I had a weird lady come up to me IN the grocery store once trying to tell me about god and get me to like donate to her church or something idk. I stopped to listen cause I thought she needed help finding something but once I realized what she was doing I just walked away. D:

I know I have before, but Idk what they were for tbh. @_@ I get too panicked around people I have a hard time focusing so a few times I've donated a little bit to make them leave me alone.
the salvation army rings bells at the grocery store in winter, but I stopped donating to them. :T

Ahhh. I'd rather give them some money upfront than sign up for anything.
I don't like putting my personal info anywhere. It's really hard to find anything about me, hahaha. XD I basically have a few tiny things floating on the internet with my real name (like awards from school), and a state ID. Other than that I barely exist. idk why but I feel uncomfortable putting my information on things.
I like things like that animal rescue site. Where you just click anonymously. I went to one site that you'd play vocabulary games and it'd donate rice to starving children or something like that. And the game was fun.
