Donations are awful lately. There's been a lot of people leaving the site and not many new people coming in. That's why you'll see a lot of new features around, Firn is trying to liven things up.

I'm a British person who... doesn't like tea XD at all. I can't drink it. I actually only like hot chocolate when it comes to hot drinks, and even then I'm very particular. Tea tastes like dirt with water mixed in to me XD J (other half) is half-Indian so I get all kinds of teas waved in front of my face and I've never yet found one I could drink.

I guess there's some possibility of a raise in future. He's managing a store now, so if the store does well he might also get paid a bonus.

I've also been noticing that the forums are more quiet than 4 years ago... Maybe I should force 'convince' some of my friends to take a look here. Or maybe I should convince Kabu and Maro to come back?

But tea has so many kind of flavors

Though I guess the herbal kinds are more like infusions? Thinking about it, many herbal teas do have a peculiar taste. I can imagen why people might not like it.
I actually have this herbal tea with apple and cinnamon. It has this very subtle, slightly spicy taste. I like it~

I don't know, I kinda like being able to chose for myself what to cook. but I do enjoy the easiness of having my mom cook when I visit her...

I don't know if those features are enough honestly. At this point in time I really do think a proper mobile site might help, since honestly, that is where most people are. But that's a lot of work for someone who doesn't usually do mobile sites and I don't think Firn and starkad want to pay for someone to turn this into a mobile site at this point...

I think the pop-up is specifically for St. Patrick's day. I got a shamrock something as well.

I enjoy choosing when to start my meal so I'm actually hungry when it's served, but having mum cook is always pretty nice.

A mobile site would enable easy access while not being home, but would probably require extensive re-coding... And the site is useable on the phone, although I haven't actually tried to post anything using my phone. I do remember having done so before.

I wonder, I'm seeing my sister today... Should I try to get her to come back here? Though, I don't think she has much time these days...

To be honest, I don't always cook for myself due to eating together with flatmates. But that does make it easier when I do cook because then I can normally cook for a larger group. And I always find that easier than for one person.

Posting on the phone is okay, but you can't do things like change avatar or anything...

I'm not sure you could really force anyone to return here. If she doesn't have the time to, she simply doesn't have the time.

Ah. Well we usually don't eat together as flatmates, so I get to cook a single meal for myself.

The pop-up is also a new recurring feature :) We have these things called "lost" items - you can see them in the DAC if you search "lost".
If you are active and clicking around for a few times during the day the lost item is realised, you get a pop-up. I think they last for a couple of days before disappearing. If you aren't active enough, you don't see the pop-up. They can come at any time, so that's the point of making people more active to get them XD

Oh, that's why I got the pop-up yesterday. Because I had tim to be around the site a lot

Btw, 'DAC'? Is it bad that I don't know what that is?...

You can't change your avatar on a mobile? I think I was able to browse my wardrobe on it... I guess actually changing things is pretty hard, but I'm not sure a mobile site would make that really better...

I eat together almost every day with my flatmates. (Partly because I don't really have a life and am constantly home when I'm not at the uni...) I do like it, because it's always fun.
And I always have trouble thinking up a meal if I'm eating alone. Especially since it is easier to use many ingredients when cooking for a larger group.

Don't ask me about that XD But if you find out, I'd like to know. Also, specifically, how do I sleep more without losing any more time? XD
