I consider it a good thing when your body says no to too much sugar, wish my stomach would say no more often to fast food! :')

Wish mine would say 'stop eating' after so much food x-x

I wish my stomach would yell at my brain "you're hungry! go eat something! Anything! Eat you dumbass b****!" I'm not in a great place with appetite. I even ignore my stomach gurgling at me because I don't feel like eating

._. why are mine so picky?

I set up alarms on my phone to remind me to eat because I ignore hunger pangs and then it stops telling me I'm hungry if I ignore it for a while.

Stomachs take some time to send full signal to the brain so it might help if you set a small portion to eat and then wait about 10 minutes between servings to go get a refill.

Mine never hardly ever sends a full signal unless I'm sick then my stomach says it doesn't want to eat at all. xD

hmm I've always listened to my stomach when it tells me sth, but I could definitely eat more in the past than I can now after losing weight. But I consider that a good thing, I'm still eating within normal portion range and have a much healthier weight now so all good

The other day I put a TUMS tablet in the tank to see if my shrimp would eat it (because apparently, other people use it to give their shrimp calcium and those shrimp eat it)

Well my shrimp refuse to go near it and it turned to dust.

My Snail, Dude, on the other hand.. he's been ROLLING AROUND IN THE TUMS DUST! X"D

ooh is that good for snails too, or is there no chance of him eating it he's just acting like its snow? :'P

Calcium is good for their shells, same reason it's good for shrimp. ovo

I think he's eating and rolling around in it. xD

The shrimp who were suppose to love the stuff don't seem to care for it.. so they will have to get their calcium through what dissolved into the water. >:x

I dunno why my shrimp hate what other people's shrimp love. ono
