I used to have shrimp too. I was hoping they'd breed, and I'd always have some, but they didn't make it. :( I have lots of snails too, mostly trumpets and ramshorns, but I have a few bladders and mystery snails too. But my mystery snails aren't doing very well. I struggle to keep their ph high enough even with no fish in the tank with them, lots of calcium, and ph upper.

What kind of shrimp did you have? oAo
I want to get the Sakura variation of the cherry shrimp i think they are. But that'd have to wait until I get a bigger tank o3o

I ended up with Amano Shrimp because no one had Ghost.. not even the internet sellers. And because of weird apartment rules, I wanted 'invisible' shrimp. xD

She's a dainty little thing. She'll eat a little bit and decide she's full and will save the rest for later.. only for Hiro to come gobble it all up while Zeke scarfs the food in his and Hiro's dish. >:x
I was watching this livestream by this person with two cats and he was like, "I've got to put Chobee's food right in front of his face, and I have to put Cheddar's food right next to Chobee. If I don't put Chobee's food right in his face, he won't eat it. And if I put Cheddar's food far from Chobee, he'll steal Chobee's food. But if I put it next to Chobee, Cheddar will go, 'Oh, I guess it's the same food' and eat his own instead of stealing from Chobee."

xD If only I could do that with my cats!
Hiro's a bit of a bully and Zeke.. he's a dainty princess and if ANY other cat comes near him he hisses and growls and runs and hides =w=, drama queen that one. gotta keep their food far apart.
Kuromi.. she likes smacking the boys around o3o
Hiro he just smacks back but Zeke.. he throws a fit and runs off crying. xD

my girls are in sync during feedings, they om nom nom away then at a cue completely invisible to the human eye they switch and each go to the other's bowl. Only issue is that Mabel eats less so she's done sooner and then we have to be quick or Sari gobbles up her leftovers as well as her own food. Fatty brat. When one of them doesn't feel like doing the switch though they'll swat and hiss at the other if they come too close
Mabel is a social eater so she won't eat if Sari or me/bff aren't around. So we have to put their bowls near each other, and then just keep a watchful eye :')

I'm trying to get the boys to sit and wait for their food. This way when mom goes to feed them in the morning, they aren't up her butt tripping her. =w=
