Kingdom of Knuffel

The fridge is so old, I'm kinda hoping for a replacement instead at this point. We've been in this apartment... 12 years.. the fridge wasn't new when we moved in so who knows how old it actually is. Aren't appliances suppose to be replaced after x amount of years? o3o

I think 10-15 years is like a good average for what could be called a 'decent' appliance. Like I'd consider it normal so to speak for stuff to get malfunctions or such around that age

Yea I would say this thing is closer to 20 years old if not older considering the beat up state it was already in. That rubbery part that seals the fridge when the door closes, it was all tore up and falling apart that they.. were suppose to replace it but instead they just patched it up =A=, That was 3? 4? years after we moved in? o3o

like what would have to happen for them to finally replace it? Explode??

I'm guessing for the whole thing to stop working.

Since it's just the freezer that's working, the fridge not, they seem to believe we are stuffing the freezer too full. And they won't listen to us when we say we aren't, and that the only reason it's full like this right now, is that, other than canned goods, it's the only place to store food.

I am... sorta. xD It's been so hot here that I been staying in my room where it's dark and cool =w=

Honestly if I could just pick a spot on the world map and hop away to it I would, but it wouldn't be for weather reasons! :P
