Hi Juliet!
Yes right. I would be alright with it, but we'll be away on my bithday, too. I don't really want that. And on top of everything is that I probably will miss my first two school days in 11th grade. Also it costs.. A LOT and we actually don't have this much money.. :(

Yes and also the 11th grade is something totally different. We will get everything there, our schedule, the new teachers will be presented to us and on the second day the lessons do start, I don't want to miss something :(
Cyan, I don't know, but my Grandma lives there and she is quite ill, she has to take many pills. My Mum is afraid she will die soon so she wants to see her one last time..
I guess I do hate her even more now, I didn't think this was possible.
My birthday is 02. september.

As long as you don't give him less attention he should be fine. I think he'll get used to it. :)
So what do you guys think? Like I said, it's just a simple try-out with simple blackish feathers. And the quality of the pic isn't too good either, I used my webcam and I'm in the same room as my dad so I'm not going to try and pose. So yeah. You get the idea. x3
Wow. So your grandmother is dying and your Mum wants to see her one more time. Is that it? Why do you hate her for that? o.O
I can actually understand it pretty well. If it was my Mum out there I'd be willing to pay everything I had to get to her with my family. I can't blame her. ._.

Well that's good since I'm gonna open an Etsy shop as soon as I've made enough prototypes. xD
I really want to start on my diadem but I'm missing two elements. >>
I think that one's gonna turn out awesome! I mean, this hairclip is simple, but the diadem is actually gonna be something more by design.
But I'm still experimenting and learning along the way, lol.

Yea I understand why she wants to go there, but would it be too much of a difference to leave 3 days earlier? So I can go to school? This is pretty important to me, too.
And the money thing is just killing me! I hate the thought of spending so much money! You know me..

Ah, alright. Do you guys buy it in stores or via internet or whatever? Anything I should watch?
What would you pay for a hairclip like this? I have no idea what to ask for it xD
The things that I am happy to offer my future customers is absolutely fair feathers. I find everything myself or get them from other people who have found them, or bird owners, but wherever they come from, they are absolutely bird friendly and have been dropped by the bird itself. :D
Anything you buy in a store does not have that guarantee, sadly. >>
What kind of birds do you have in Minnesota? Anything more interesting than here in Holland?

And yeah I know you and I know damn well how you feel. But some things just overrule that. An ill mother for example.
