Well it's been working well, but here's what happened within an hour and a half of me being at work.
1) A room flooded
2) The main computer hosting all programs to our other 5 computers crashed.
3) The internet died so when I got the main computer back up the systems still didn't work.
4) A patient called about there bill and while I was explaining it to them they got pissed nad hung up on me.
5) I was angry and called back leaving a message saying: "This is (name) at (business name) calling back about your bill. I was hoping we could continue our conversation so I can finish explaining your bill to you as I was trying to do before you so rudely hung up on me. So I'd greatly appreciate if you called me back."
I am scared I am going to be fired over that message x.x

Awesome, but unprofessional.

If she mentions it to my boss, I will be fired or at least get a major talking to.
Unlucky for me, My boss is going to be working here again starting next week. Meaning there's a chance she will answer the phone when/if that person calls back and not me.
Other than that, I'm glad my boss will be working with me again. Will take a lot of stress off me to have someone competent to work with again.

Well if you do so well concerning the rest I think it'll just be the major talk, right? :)

I just called and left the woman another message saying I was going to take some off her bill for x-Rays out of curtousy. So, I am hoping that makes up for me being 'Rude'
Though if you ask me, while it was unprofessional to leave such a message, it wasn't done so in a rude way.

If you really called her rude it's not done. You can't call a customer rude at whatever time. Though I can't blame you. ^_^;;
I think you solved it properly and that should mean something to your boss.

maybe you could tell your boss and say you realise it's unprofessional?
will be better then your boss finding out - downside is, he will definitely know...
