Well I can understand her being pissed, I mean, I say 'wow that's worth it' so easily now but $112 would be a lot for me and I'd be happy with a $30 discount. But still, it's not nice to be such a bitch about it. And to the wrong person, too. They should be bickering at the insurance xD

I hate insurance companies, they cause me so many issues.
So if she wanted to get back at them, i'd gladly help her and tell her how to demand more money from them, but she didn't give the chance to explain that.
