Well it's not like they do circus tricks in nature or something.
You've never seen a bird of the crow family trying to get something he wanted, but which wasn't easy for the taking, did you? They invent whole 'machines' to do the work of them. Levers and everything. They really are brilliant. x3

I know what you mean by them being smart, but I have never seen it.
Never seen them even try to fend for themselves. Just eating road kill and out of trash cans.
Never seen them catch their own food, get into somewhere to get their food, nothing clever even in a pure nature point.

In a way, that is really clever. Making others do the work for you.

Well if you're going to say that is smart, every animal and human is smart, because we all have others doing things for us.

I don't wanna start an argument, specially about something I know nothing. xD
I only know what I have seen, and they seem very stupid to me, but it has been proven they are smart. I don't see how, but it's been proven so to some extent they are. Lol

In the end I love all animals - except ants - and maggies and other birds are just on the top of my list. But canines and felines are pretty high too.
