Thank you for your help!
There's an option in photoshop that can reduce the file size when saving as PNG. Thats how I managed to get my Roid uploaded. He was too small at first.

@princeofrose:
The rights of the design should still be yours. It's nowhere stated that you give them exclusively to the site .
The Knuffel can move, we had some Knuffel with changing arm positions in the past. It still has to fit the proportions though.
With your telling a story that should be alright if the Knuffel still evolves properly.

Waa, I finally succeeded! I discovered what the function "posterize" on photoshop can do

Unfortunately simply by saving the file I hadn't options to reduce the quality but keep the file a png-24 file, perhaps for the portable version that I have... Thak you anyway for your help!
I'll post spoilers here too as soon as she'll be accepted, but if you already want to see her you cand find her in my spoiler thread

[5]ADOPTION LINK: Arc-en-CielDetails: This was the hardest Knuffel that I draw until now, and I have to admit that I'm not happy at 100% of her, she was too difficult for my abilities to do as I wished... BUT I'm still happy of her

The theme, is pretty obvious, is the rainbow (as her name means). But I didn't to want simply use the rainbow colors... So I thought that it could be nice to show the process of a rainbow creation: the sun and the rain that together, when the bad weather is going away, make a rainbow.

I was thinking Aladdin esque arabian character or something
Or doing super dark fairytale stuff because that is fun * A *-
AND MY KNUFFEL GOT ACCEPTED!
I am so happy! I finally have food points to buy my own knuffel NYAHAAHAHA!
