Ahhh Moi noooo! Don't draw through the pain you might hurt yourself and then be unable to draw! ;A; You gotta take breaks and stretch your hand/fingers/wrist once in a while.

Every time it gets cold around here (which is a lot in the mountains lol) my finger joints and wrist hurt a lot from drawing so much. It's only on my right hand, haha.

@ nova- Ohhh hello! I don't think we've talked either. How are you? (Sorry I'm not consistently online, but I do try to reply)

@ Kyan- Hiii! <3 How are you?
I'm trying to chat more too, but I totally skipped out on being online all weekend haha

My mom has arthritis, and when she wakes up, her fingers are curled, and it takes a good while for them to straighten.
If I grip something hard, it's hard to straighten my fingers xD

@ Moi- ahhh that sucks for your mom ;_; My grandma has arthritis in her hand and she can barely grip things. It makes her mad cause it makes it hard for her to cook certain things so she has to get help.

And it's really helped me in keeping my hand and wrist feeling good. I don't do it as regularly as I should, but I try to do it once in awhile and especially if I have been drawing for a few hours straight.
