Yeah I know, but I've got no patience! I hate delays! xD
And three years is such a long delay. In three years I was really hoping to do my first flight as a brevetted first officer on a Boeing, not as a student on a Piper... :(

And I totally hope so! Yeah, it would really be amazing. I've already got these images of doing everything together. Going to the supermarket with her on my shoulder just to show off haha. /bad
They're not rare as birds, they're rare as pets. At least here. It's illegal to capture one and train it, but if it's been born in captivity and wears a ring it's fine. But they're not at all kept as pets much so there are no breeders. So finding one really is difficult...

Hahaha I hear that so much, people being afraid to drive, and I just can't understand that!
I've got no money for real driving lessons but I want to drive so badly so I'm taking illegal lessons from my mom. I love it, it feels so natural to me. I can only hope flying will feel the same. I love controlling vehicles, and no way I'm stopping at ground ones. Since all the money I'm gonna earn is going to my ATPL funds I'm probably gonna have my pilot license before I've got my driver's license. :D

yeah its weird. It feels like when i'm in a car i can't control anything even though i should. i'm deathly afraid of getting behind the wheel and i've been in so many car accidents as a child which doesn't help at all.

What do you want to name the magpie when you get it? Is it a boy or a girl?
I definitely want a picture of you in a super man pose with the magpie on your shoulder. XD
I am afraid of driving too. I hate it.
I feel like I'm going to space out, and the next thing I know, I'm going to be wrapped around a pole on the edge of a cliff after driving THROUGH three Walmarts, a dozen McDonalds, and a Stop and Shop. XD

Hm, that might indeed be a good reason for fearing a car. xD
Still it's strange that I have the exact opposite. I feel in control of the world when I'm controlling a car. <3
I've always been the smallest girl in every group, and got treated like that. So being in control of something so much bigger than me - imagine a Jumbojet - just feels awfully good xD
Especially if it makes me able to do things I shouldn't be able to do at all as a human being. Like flying and reaching incredible speeds. <3

Not deliberately. But still. When I had just cried my eyes out when I got the news and was all down when we were driving to the city centre there was this guy who was all pushy and she let him pass while mumbling "If you've got such flying haste...", and she kept doing that all day long xD
She's a girl, and I want to name her Rebecca. It's a bit of an unfortunate combination though, since I got a canary a few months ago, whom I have named Shaw. xD
But I just think Rebecca is a beautiful name for a lady magpie, and I don't think many people will get the reference.
