@Erisyo~ Mexican marinated sausage/pork I think. I'm not sure how it's made for I've never made it before. Lol. But it's so good.

My dad never makes them with butter. It's boil the peeled potatoes, drain the water, add a little bit of milk add a little bit of salt and pepper, then mash. You add only a little bit of milk to mash them better. The amount of milk depends on how mushy you want them, so you want to start out with a little bit. Makes them creamy. Then when you get your own plate add your own butter.
My dad also makes great chocolate chip cookies and oatmeal raisin cookies. (He uses my Great Aunt Goldie's oatmeal raisin recipe.) He gave some to coworkers and he occasionally goes down to this tobacco place and he gave some to the guys who work there and they loved both types.

@DeCa: Can you tell I never stepped in a kitchen before? LOL but yeah we don't add milk so it's kinda skimpy and doesn't taste good :C sigh
Cookies are the best though haha.
