well i did some research and aparently if you take water pills or drink crazy ammounts of water it can reduce your potassium levels but I don't take pills or drink a lot of water

I've never heard of anyone drinking too much water. XD
Maybe your body's metals/vitamin/blood count or something is acting in such a way that it looks like you're drinking too much water? :/

It does happen, it can even kill you x3
But like you say, you need crazy, crazy amounts for that. Like 8 litres or something? To think most people can't even get their 2 litres a day.
But it doesn't have to be pure water, of course. I don't really drink water anymore, but damn, I don't want to know how much tea I drink in a day when I'm at home. If you drink a lot of soda, then you automatically drink a lot of water too of course ;D
And it's in food... Lots of sources... ^_^
