Tbh I didn't even realize she was wearing earings, they blend in to the wings so much that i didn't see the shape of them at all till you said something.

Poor Tam! Maybe eat some chocolate, I heard on the news that dark chocolate is really good for reducing swelling and stuff. :3

I went to my first Meetup with that Geek group, and it was pretty good. And I'm stoked for Fanime, hopefully I get my ID in time for admittance.

The lead organizer of the Geek group is actually a pretty nice person, she talked about a lot of medical problems she has and all the stress because of them she deals with, so I think she was probably just accidentally channeling some of that stress into her typing communications with me. She's not so bad, and this other nice girl encouraged me with high praise for the group when I admitted I had social anxiety. The Marvel hero movies conversation I couldn't add to, but they eventually got to anime and then other normal-ish topics like mothers breastfeeding in public. It was overall a good meetup. :mcglee:
