Yeah, I had hoped for this to be a bit easier with the pattern :D But I guess the pattern is just a more loose cut than what I envisioned.

Not quite the same, but when I did origami, there was a modular piece I really, really wanted to perfect, but the individual parts had to be absolutely perfect. I always made them too tight, and assembly turned into a nightmare.

I have no idea about origami, but it always looks super fascinating to me.

It was like a toy, a firework thing that could be spun in and out. Let me find a YouTube video.

I was able to bake bad ones! It was fun, if slightly stressful.

Yep! They just broke easily. I gave them away with warnings to be gentle.
