I basically have a couple of questions that will determine wether we'll be taking the place or not

Whether we can have pets (we want to adopt a cat or two from the local shelter)
wether it would be allowed to paint one wall in one of the bedrooms
wether we can put nails or screws in the walls c:

I don't, Nele (Neccers) wants to paint one wall in her bedroom a soft pink
currently all the walls are a soft beige or white

We are hopin to make it our first real home, and only move if circumstances call for it. If it's not allowed it won't break the deal though. The pet question is the most important :P

I would expect you painting the wall shouldn't be such a big issue. You might be required to repaint it to white when you move out, but if you do that, where's the harm in painting it?

Good luck on the pets question! I'd love to get some cats in my next home /once we know this one is for a bit more long term.

I don't think it'll be an issue either, and it is just the one wall.
