I found a website with live updates on it, but the darn site won't load. Keeps giving me a timed-out error.
My connection is really not that great, lots of websites do that to me, but it's particularly frustrating right now.

Well sometimes you get some wacky weather in May lol.

Doesn’t it get like super quiet and eerie in the eye of the storm?

We got a little rain/flooding the other day. We got hit by the outer bands of hurricane beryl. Nothing massive, and no loss of power thank goodness.

We might get some rain up here in Canada over the next day or so. Possibly.

I hear y'all have pretty agreable weather pretty much all the time, and in some places it snows. My biological dad married a woman who came to America as a tourist and then just didn't leave until like five or six years later. She got into a lot of trouble, and had to pay a really big fine.

It's sunny where am, just a typical summer day.
The temperature is 32°C which is 89.6 °F

According to my weather app, there’s a squall warning lol. Bc of the hurricane leftovers that we’re getting lol.

I am okay. We still don't have power after losing it around 6:30am Monday. My brother got power back so I'm hanging out at his place for now. It's literally way too hot not to have A/C! Honestly, the storm wasn't even that bad? I mean, Houston needs to get it together if the infrastructure was devastated this bad from a Cat 1. I think there are more power outages from Beryl than the significantly more powerful Ike a few decades ago or whenever it was. And our energy provider had barely even started mobilizing. We won't have power tomorrow either.

It’s still pretty overcast right now, looks like it might rain again. The rain earlier was badish, altho we did get a peek of sun just shining through randomly. While it was still raining. Lol

Where I am it was so hot the last few days that I would get early symptoms of heatstroke whenever I would go outside.
I thought I was getting used to the hellish Tokyo summers but apparently not.

Today is a lot more bearable which is good because I walk to work.
