Kingdom of Knuffel

There is this tea/coffee/cooking spice shop in Old Town, San Diego where I got it from. It smells like absolute heaven when you walk in there. There are SO many options to choose from.
I bought the raspberry tea for a close friend of mine as an early Christmas gift and I bought myself a blueberry pie green tea. Oh, my gosh. I love sweet teas like that. Just put in a fat scoop of honey and it feels like a beverage made for royalty.

Rained a little last night. I'm freezing. My cold got worse and I can't call out of work. Ugh. I woke up with snot saying hello to the world. It was gnarly. D:

Why can't you call off?

I don't have enough sick time to do so. ;( Otherwise I would.
I have to grin and bear it. And inhale some Dayquil. That will at least help me breathe. Hahaha.

I'm lucky. I don't have to worry about sick days. I'm not only an at home mom, I'm also my mom's care provider (I get paid to take care of her) and so if I get sick it's likely so will my mom because I live with her and my dad. XD

Well, I get sick really frequently. I have a bad heart. So I call out more than I'd like to. And this week will be busy because a holiday is coming up. They will be closed. So my work needs all the help they can get. I'll feel bad if I call out. :'(
