Yep.
You can't eat raw meat/fish. Ok. You must do it completely. (I do prefer rare meat, but whatever.)
You can't eat raw anything that touched raw meat/fish. Like the salad which was served with my husband's raw steak.
You must make sure that any cooking tool that touches raw food does not touch cooked food.
And that, my dear, includes YOUR OWN HANDS.
