Someone I do part-time work for is like that. x.x She keeps changing her mind and thus I have to keep redoing things. Or she'll tell me to do it one way then be like WHAT NO DO IT THIS WAY later. Dx

Well, I went to my psychiatrist and he asked me if I ever got any sleep medicine.
I told him I've been using valerian root and melatonin.
I told him for about a week I had anxiety attacks and had a ton of trouble falling asleep eventhough I was so tired.
And I said I was pissed they denied that other medicine.
He said he was too and that he told them "She can't use Ambien anymore - it stopped working." and they said "Use Ambien." >_>
Sp basically they don't give a shit xD
But he started me on this new medicine that's for depression and anxiety and it makes people sleepy. He said to take it with my other medicine I take at night.
So I'm hopeful, but I can't get it until maybe Friday xD

Well, I've tried Valerian root, melatonin, chamomile.
I don't know what else to try xD
But the past week I've slept perfectly finde.
I just take my Latuda and one melatonin and sit in bed and read a manga, and I get sleepy and fall asleep within 15 minutes.
xD
I'll probably just use the medicine if I have a lot of anxiety.
I'm not going to take it like I did Ambien.
