Unfortunately girl characters in anything are just poorly written and unrelateable. I really hate it cause I feel like theres so much potential there, but no one ever takes it.

I Like putting girls in my stories, but I try to make them more realistic and sympathetic, rather than the Mary sues used everywhere else.

And I gotta disagree about the feminine boys xD I just feel weird when a boy is prettier than me, and I don't like them too lanky. xD They gotta have some lean muscle (no super saiyans), and like, a backbone for that matter. So many guys are such wusses.

It’s a very prevalent thing.
We think we are in the modern world, but sexism is still very high.
It’s Movies and game’s and people in the industry that really think that sex still sells.
They think that a women, if intelligent and strong will put off males.

I think it’s getting a little better though. I’ve seen a few females that I think have great writing.

Let’s let Girly boys and butch men live in harmony. For they all have their place ^__^

I can safely say that my own female protagonist in my comic have absolutely no sex appeal. But I was trying my best to do that... And I know it would sell so much better if she had breasts...
