That seems like a good plan, you don't want to get dependent on a new medicine. :c I'm glad you've been sleeping better, though!! And 15 minutes is pretty awesome. XD Reading is a very good thing to do before bed, I try to do that as well.

I used to get off the computer, get in bed, watch an hour of tv, try to sleep with the tv on.
Then I went to watching an hour of tv, then turning it off and trying to sleep.
Then now I don't watch tv at all and read.
I haven't turned my tv on at all in a week xD

That's probably better, it's not good for you to watch tv or look at a screen in general before sleeping. o:
I'm bad, I basically go from the computer to my bed lol. I've started using flux though which helps my eyes a lot and I get sleepy earlier.

I told my psychiatrist that my anxiety is heightened lately so he prescribed me the medicine for anxiety, depression, and sleepiness.
So it's not just a sleeping pill like Ambien xD
I usually don't read long, about 10 minutes.
But the room is dimmer than with the screen on and I take my medicine, and I lay in front of the fan, and I read for 10 minutes and I'm so tired and ready for bed xD
This person said it takes them 30 seconds to fall asleep <<

I've only taken it twice, I don't know if it's working or not.
People said they feel certain ways after taking it, but I haven't felt that.
I feel tired, but by the time I take it, I'm already tired so xD
They said it'd take a month for it to work right.
I took it on day one and had an anxiety attack, but it was just one dose.
I don't know how long it takes to work.
One person said 30 minutes, another said an hour, another said two hours, and another said 3 hours ._.

I slept great for a week, then I had an anxiety attack the 8th day, but it only last 30 minutes because I took an anxiety medicine, and last night I slept fine because I slept with my mom and sister.
It makes me really relaxed sleeping with someone else - they don't need to be in the same bed neither.
I didn't fall asleep until about 3-4 hours after they fell asleep, though.
But it wasn't a horrible night.

Sounds like you've had a pretty decent time, then. Before you were getting them like crazy. o:
I'm like that, too. I'm glad the cats usually sleep with me, it helps so much. XD And whenever Vince sleeps in my arms (one of my cats), I like never get nightmares or anything. :0

I can't sleep with my mom and sister all the time, though.
I'm going to do it again tonight and maybe tomorrow then try on my own.
Maybe 4 days will make the medicine start working a little.
What have you been up to?
