Pad see ew is a Thai stir fried thick rice noodles in sauce sauce based... sauce. It's my favourite dish of all times.

My initial reaction was "ew" but I have eaten and enjoyed eel rice and rolls in Japanese restaurants before so yum.

I had to look that one up. I've had mochi before, and I've had red bean paste before. But not together. I liked both on their own though, so I can only imagine good things can happen when you have them together. So yum!
