That reminded me I used to really keep my face straight for everything because whenever I showed emotion some shit would hit the fan. Then I got really depressed and I needed to learn to smile again. Took a while. But even now bf tells me I don't smile often, even though in my opinion I smile A LOT. Maybe it's because I used to smile so little and now in comparison I think it's a lot. Or maybe my bf has shitty expectations, who knows

Maybe it is a mixture? You smile more than you used to, but still you smile less compared with other people?

I love when people's faces tell me what they think and I cannot stand it if I don't get it.

@Julez: Probably. But it's upsetting when I'm smiling and laughing and he's like "I like it when you smile, you smile so little". I disagree.

Ah yea, I can understand that it's annoying if you are happy and smiling and Ash is like 'You never smile.' :D

I'd do that all the time when I lived with mum and cause they're white earbud headphones, so small, cord.. not wireless, uh she'd not notice. And like have full on near conversations at me and I'd not realise till I'd hear it sort of.

Basically my grandma when I'm trying to chill with music on. Only my headphones are big, over the head, you can't miss them And the best part, I hear her speak, but not clearly and try to tell her I can't hear her. She just nods and speaks louder XD
It sounds adorable but it's so dang annoying after a while.

At least she mostly talks just to open her mouth at someone so it doesn't matter much if I respond or not. If I'd heard her, my most probable response would be "mhm" anyways So when I hear her speak, I just say "mhm" in case she has her hearing aid on (although even with that on she might not hear me).
