Sorry I just wonder .... Is the hair appearing twice in the dropdown list and being able to partially unequip it a glitch or is it supposed to be like this ?

No, it wasn't, of course. Fixed now, you may have to reload the wardrobe or unequip/equip the hair until it goes away.
