Are these flowers something that are supposed to be easily found? The only thing my Knuffels ever find are the occasional 10FP and nothing else o-o

They're not as common as food but not as rare as digging outfits. Keep at it and I'm sure you'll find some. If not, I'm sure there are people who have a ton of them that they'll be willing to sell to you. I know certain user in the Material Trades forum who've been giving away her extra flowers for free.
