Pepperoni. It's a childhood fave I cannot shake.
But my favorite pizza to make homemade is steakbomb pizza (carmelized onions, charred peppers, roast, mozzerella, monterary jack), and my go-to pizza to make is feta, charred peppers, caramelized onions, and spinach. ^^

I am very fond of gothic architecture. Right as you come out of the Dark Ages, and start to see an explosion of light and color in churches in the form of stained glass and vaulted ceilings.
I studied the architecture of Chartres closely for a class in uni on medieval history, and I have dreamed of visiting ever since.

I don't actually ever want to live anywhere! I want to spend the rest of my life doing what I did pre-pandemic - travelling around, never staying in one place for more than a month or so. ^^ I like to move!
But if I was going to have a base camp somewhere, I'd probably want a flat in Madrid. I love that city.
