one of my employees just mentally drains me.
she's an absolute hassle to deal with.
shes super hard of hearing, i practically shout when speaking to her.
she throws tantrums like a toddler, despite being like 70.
half the time i just walk away to get what she needs, and come back and give it to her. im not tryin to repeat myself a million times. lol.

Awww. I'm sorry you have to deal with that but I also have a soft spot for the elderly so I feel bad for her too 8u;
I know I have issues hearing people.
When my dad co-owned a deli, he put me at the register and I'm already extremely uncomfortable talking to people but my hearing problems made it worse xD;
Customer: -orders food-
Me: What did you say?
Customer: -orders food again-
Me: Sorry, what did you say?

I probably came off as a bitch with my rant. But man. In my defense, the training she did shouldve taken maybe a day or 2 to complete. it took her a month. and like, the training is just reading a bit or watching some videos, and then mini quizzes. she'd get the answer wrong, turn to look at me and scream like it was my fault.
so, its not her hard of hearing that annoys me, its just /her/ xD

She sounds JUST like my aunt xD
My aunt also is hard of hearing and I think that's why she's always screaming.
That and she's just hateful u8
I try to help her do stuff online because she doesn't know how to use a computer and she gets so pissed off at small stuff <<
She also has no patience and will jerk stuff out of my hands and snap at me.
Like she'll tell me "Put this over there!" and not specify WHERE so when I choose the wrong spot, she gets angry.

Cause yea, that sounds like this employee.
Training is on the computer and shes not tech savvy.
She'd accidentally exit out of the training all the time.

I think some people are just more irritable than others :\
Especially when they get confused and frustrated.

My aunt's been mean to me a lot and I've had to deal with it on a daily basis for a billion years xD
What's worse is people would tell me "You guys just need to get along!" and "Why can't you both just get along!"

oof.
i'm sorry shes been mean lately.
my mom was a total nightmare for like 3 weeks.
it was so draining.
i'd go to work and be drained from that, just to come home and get drained more.
it seems like she's been calm lately but man idk anymore lol.

It's true, flash has died. Everything has been replaced with JS + PHP. That explains games being gone...
(I don't miss it though, that never was the kind of thing I would enjoy coding.)
Sorry to hear you gotta put up with draining people.
My parents are probably the ones who drain me the most, but at least I don't have to deal with them on a regular basis.
