Yeah lol. So prices for electricity are lower at night over the middle of the day.
But lol my mom just came in and asked me why the fan wasn’t on lol. So she turned it on. Pftha.
I love ice cream. Totally want to have some.

It's been around 95 most of the days. Today was pretty alright since we got another rain squall. I still don't have power though and according to Centerpoint, we're in the 'restoration pending review' section which is last on their timeline that goes to the 19th. So, should I take that to mean I won't have power for another week still? *sigh*

Gosh it must suck not to have power. D: what are you doing for food? Wouldn’t all your frozen stuff be wasted?

We've already thrown all our food away. My workplace opened up yesterday so I can eat there. Plenty of restaurants and stores are open but I've relocated to my parents' for the time being. I couldn't leave my cats alone in the heat all day alone while I worked and I figure if I relocate them, I'm relocating me too.

Oh ouch, did you have a lot of food left? It must’ve been quite a bit of waste unless you ate some of it before it went bad. Unless you had a lot stockpiled. Gosh how inconvenient. D:
I hope you get power back soon.

Hurricanes are scary. The storm itself, but then also all the chaos caused by the havoc they wreck.

Yeah. We just got a torrential downpour today. Dunno if it’s dredges of the hurricane that apparently crossed the border. Our little yard was getting flooded lol.

Sorry about the crazy rainfall and flooding, but dang your avatar looks like she could solve the whole weather situation just by striding in confidently and telling it off.

Lol thanks hahah! XD I love this new hair but grape is still a color that doesn’t have enough options so I paired it with amethyst.
I might make another avatar soon tho. With the new event items. But I’ll probably save this avatar in the list lol.
